The general atmosphere was somewhat quiet when we began the training. The people from Beslan did speak about their concerns that they were told to tell parents during the first day of the takeover that "everything will be alright". When everything was not alright, the psychologists felt as though the family members blamed them for being dishonest. We all know there ws no way anyone could have known the outcome initially.
